With nearly four decades of executive leadership, he has built a distinguished career in restaurant franchising, hospitality operations, international trade, and Halal-compliant supply chain development across the United States, the Middle East, the GCC, and emerging international markets.

Before founding MAKY Food-Line Trading, Alaa served for 18 years as Regional Director, Middle East for Midamar Corporation USA, America's pioneering Halal food company and a leading exporter of premium Halal U.S. food products to Africa, the Middle East, CIS Countries and Southeast Asia. Throughout his career, he has successfully led market expansion initiatives, established strategic partnerships, developed distribution networks, and guided multinational organizations through complex regulatory and operational environments.

Recognized as a respected industry thought leader, Alaa has been featured on CNBC Arabia and in leading regional business publications. He is trusted by food manufacturers, investors, and business leaders for his expertise in international business development, franchise expansion, supply chain optimization, Halal compliance, and market entry strategies.
